For children in grades one through five, our Children’s Ministry is designed to offer families a variety of learning opportunities and resources as they raise children to love and know Jesus Christ. Sunday School is First Baptist Church’s primary program for children’s Bible study. Every week, committed Christian adults help students learn biblical principles through activities, games, projects and applications.
Children’s Choir is a time in which children learn about worship, music and have an opportunity to sing new songs and hymns about God’s love.
Missions Education is another important weekly program for our children. Through Children In Action, boys and girls learn how God’s love is shared around the world.
Children in Action is a comprehensive missions education organization, for boys and girls in grades 1–5, which includes praying for missions, engaging in missions action and witness, learning about missions, developing spiritually toward a missions lifestyle, participating in the work of the church and denomination, and supporting missions.
